Política de reembolso
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unopened and in its original packaging.
To start a return, email us at info@claydale.com with your order number and we will send you instructions. Items sent back without requesting a return first cannot be accepted.
Damaged or incorrect items
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, email us within 7 days with a photo and we will replace it or refund you in full, including shipping.
Items we cannot accept back
For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on cosmetic products that have been opened or used, unless they are faulty.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few days more to show it.
