Shipping cost
Shipping is a flat $5.99 anywhere we ship. Orders of $70 or more ship free — the discount is applied automatically at checkout, you do not need a code.
How long it takes
Shipping and processing takes 2–4 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when you order, and a tracking link as soon as your parcel is on its way.
Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. If your tracking has not updated for several days, email info@claydale.com and we will chase it with the carrier.
Delays
Carrier delays, customs processing and severe weather are outside our control. We will always help you follow up on a delayed parcel.
Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your address at checkout. Parcels returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address can be re-sent, but please let us know as soon as you spot the mistake.
