Yes — the under-eye area is what it was designed for. Keep it on the orbital bone and below, not on the lash line itself, and avoid the inside of the eye.
It does. The finish is sheer and non-sticky, so concealer and foundation sit on top without pilling.
The retinol here is at a low, balm-suspended level rather than a treatment dose. If you are new to retinol, pregnant, breastfeeding or under dermatological care, patch test first and check with your doctor.
